Let’s get to know him. Who is he?

"Subicwater Man" are the associates, the supervisors, the managers, and even the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager of Subicwater. The aim of "Subicwater Man" is to help strengthen the company and its fellow associates. "Subicwater Man" is a new breed of workforce dedicated to quality service.

In the pursuit of a continual improvement of Subicwater Man’s objectives, the management decided to form a statement w/c resembles its “Core Values”. This is the “CHAMP” or the employees of the company w/c will be known on the following values:

A feature w/c shows the ability to serve w/ the highest degree of skill and quality. He is willing to learn and teach. A feature w/c distinguishes him from the rest. Respected by all and has the expertise to solve work related problems.

Another quality of "Subicwater Man" is that he can be trusted at all times. He is honest to the customers, to the company, and to his fellow associates. An attitude only Subicwater Man has.

All-Out-Service
He is always ready to perform his duty regardless of the situation, time, and place. He is always optimistic of his work. He cares for customers who are in immediate need of service.

Model of Excellence
A model of excellence, quality, attitude, and service. He is a standard for today’s modern workforce.

Professionalism
He is envied by all. He comes to work on time and performs his work with the utmost care and professionalism. He stands by his beliefs to uphold the company’s image as well as himself.

These are all values of Subicwater Man … also known as the CHAMP. It symbolizes the entire Subicwater family. Through these values Subicwater will become a benchmark of quality and excellence.
