All Locators and Agencies are advised to refrain from abstracting water upstream of the rivers where all water source intakes are located.

Water abstraction from the rivers shall be limited to downstream of the water source intakes and subject to approval by the SBMA Ecology Center.

Water abstraction shall be used for purposes of fire fighting and landscaping use only.

Water abstraction locations are:

Binictican River, downstream of Subicwater weir dam, Water Treatment Plant;
Boton River, downstream of Boton Raw Water Pump Station, Subic Techno Park;
El Kabayo River, downstream of Ecology Center Tree Seedling Nursery;
Malawaan River, downstream of parshall flume located at Upper Housing Binictican;
Triboa River, downstream of Triboa Raw Water Pump Station;
Binanga River, downstream of Binanga Raw Water Pump Station, Morong Gate.
Any Locator or Agency with urgent requests for water abstraction upstream of the water source intakes shall directly coordinate with Subicwater for consent.

This is enforced to protect our water source from contamination and provide continuous source of potable water for public use.
