It is the thrust of Subicwater to supply water to the Freeport and Olongapo City. Yet, while water is abundant and ready for use, there are still some if not many of our constituents that do not have their own waterline due to financial constraints.

Aware of such predicament of our “kababayans”, and motivated by our continual effort to reach out and meet the needs of our customers, Subicwater came up with the “EASY PAYMENT PLAN” program, which aims to alleviate the customers’ burden with regards to applying for a water line connection.

With the plan, the applicant does not have to pay the full amount of the installation charges before his application could be released and have it installed. The plan allows the applicant to pay in partial for the total installation charges at a reasonable and acceptable amount, and the balance will be paid thru a payment scheme.

And to facilitate expeditiously the processing of service application, here are the steps to follow on how to apply for a waterline connection through Easy Payment Plan program:

Fill up the service application form (provided at customer service offices at Mabayuan and Freeport).

Pay the service estimate fee for the estimation of the materials needed.

Pay the estimate charges (labor, materials, excavation permit, etc) availing the easy-payment plan.

Pay the initial payment and the balance shall be covered by a Promissory Note. The service application will be released on the same day the initial payment is made and the service line will be installed 1-4 days upon release of the service application.

In the event however, a road damage permit is required, the commission of the waterline installation will start upon approval of the road damage permit.
