Subicwater had readied 5 million pesos worth of projects on pipeline rehabilitations and expansions for fiscal year 8 (April 2004 to March 2005) for Olongapo City.
These projects include all pipeline replacements, elimination of spaghetti connections, and new pipeline expansion to areas that are not yet being reached by water supply. Specifically these projects are:
A. Pipeline replacement projects:

2. Kalaklan Bridge mainline partial replacement;
3. 2nd St. from Rizal Avenue to Foster St., West Tapinac;
4. Altman St.,Basa St. & 10th St. from 9th St. to 11th St.,W.T.
5. Rizal Ave from Caltex hydrant towards Lower Sibul, EBB;
6. and Rivera Pier, SBMA area
B. Pipeline expansion / Elimination of Spaghetti like connections:

Dela Cruz Drive Ext. East Tapinac;
2. Gemini St., Sta. Rita;
3. Everlasting St. Purok 5, New Cabalan;
4. Arriola St. from Long Rd. to Acacia St., Gordon Heights;
5. 23rd Place from Davidson St. to dead end, WBB;
6. Esteban St. from 2nd to 5th St., New Kababae;
7. 20th place from Caron St. to Brill St., WBB;
8. Upper Napalan St., Mabayuan;
9. CBMU Road, Upper Kalaklan;
10. Rodriguez St., New Kalalake;
11. Upper Rodriguez St., Mabayuan;
12. Narra St., Gordon Heights; and
13 Along Perimeter Rd., SBMA from Rizal Highway to locators' site near 14th
St., Kalalake
Bridge.
An estimated total length of 1,763 linear meters of new pipeline shall be installed for the proposed replacements and 3,641 linear meters of new pipelines for the proposed pipeline expansion at City & SBMA.
Improvements on distribution lines are always considered priority projects due to its old age and deteriorating condition, which are primary factors of low pressure and non-revenue water.
These projects are only a part of the total P58.56 million CAPEX projects that Subicwater commits to pursue into the coming years both for the City and Freeport.
