Our performance is measured by the way we control and manage the non-revenue water. This year is a year of going beyond expectations, a year where water losses are reduced and gains are transformed into adequate pressure and continuity of supply.

Non- Revenue is at an all-time low of 31%, a remarkable improvement from the 37% last year. Freeport dropped from 38% to 24% whilst City improved from 36% to 32%.
