The volume of water that we produce is measured with a higher degree of accuracy. It is anchored on a demand-driven production plan with actual sales volume in the past as trend indicators.

This year, the production volume is lower compared last year. This is a sign of effective management of non-revenue water and improved production planning. Age-proven facilities remain also to be at their functional best given our strong adherence to maintenance policies. Quality of water is as high as ever with the hourly testing of water being observed religiously.

Compliance rate to WHO and PNSDW standards is 100%. Cost of chemicals increased but we remain committed to our promise of continuously improving the quality of our water.
