Our overriding goal in the City is to be able to provide water not only to those who have existing access but more so to the uninformed and marginalized sectors of the community and stress to them the importance of quality water for their daily needs.

For the locators at the Freeport, our task is to ensure immediate and effective response to their needs. Given that they have opted to invest their industries in the Philippines, our responsibility in turn is to return their trust with reliability as a water service provider.

To create this impact, our thrust is to create a widespread recognition of our water and services at the community level, and to guarantee effective distribution and maintenance of our systems at the Freeport level.
