GM's MESSAGE : CAPITAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM

=> Customer Accounts
World class service is defined by a world class facility. To be in step with our agenda to provide quality water and services, our short to long term development includes a comprehensive Capital Expenditure Program. This covers the prioritization of additional investments into the construction, expansion, upgrading and rehabilitation of vital water facilities inside the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Olongapo City. Our intent is to increase access to water, and be able to provide and sustain it effectively and efficiently through fully-equipped and maintained facilities.

With the current Port Development Project, the completion of the Japanese Technopark 2 at the Freeport and other prospects in the City, we anticipate a rise in demand and will not be caught unprepared.

A significant start is well on its way through the implementation of the planned Capital Expenditure Program for FY 2007. Actual investments in FY 2006 reached a total of P55M.

Noteworthy among the projects under this program are the completion of the P40M worth of New Filters at the City Filtration Plant, the pipe rehabilitation and extension projects in the Freeport and Olongapo City, and the upgrading and replacements of water and sewage pumps at various areas inside the Freeport.
